Restore Natural Area and Remove Exotics (Bok Tower Gardens 7/24/2018)

Bok Tower Gardens' Katrina Noland will be leading an effort to remove exotic plants and help restore a natural area in BTG. The effort includes cutting/treating lantana and rosary pea as well as pulling invasives.

Bok Tower Gardens' Katrina Noland will be leading an effort to remove exotic plants and help restore a natural area in BTG.  The effort includes cutting/treating lantana and rosary pea as well as pulling invasives. 

 


Please wear long pants/long sleeves, sturdy closed-toe shoes, and a hat. Bring your work gloves and a hiker's water bottle or similar.with drinking water.


Meet at the Hort Building in Bok Tower Gardens at 8 AM.

Please remember to tell the gate attendant that you're volunteering so you won't be charged admission.
