The NASP program is a fantastic program that was developed to incorporate archery into school recreational plans for the purpose of improving student focus, behavior, attention and motivation. NASP also encourages the continuation of an age old outdoor skill. Over the years NASP has grown from target archery to providing other amenities such as 3-D target shooting which incorporates life-like animal targets. The NASP program can be used for grades 4-12 and the certification through Chinsegut will allow homeschool co-op representative to have use of the range and equipment at Chinsegut to offer archery programs to their groups of appropriate age.

NASP is not just National, it is now an international program offered in multiple countries and has a history of safe shooting through proper education and range set-up. Many organizations offer grants for schools to purchase NASP equipment packages which are offered through manufacturers at discounted rates.
