This introduction to geocaching will get you up to speed on the varieties of geocaches, some common terms, basic GPS navigation and how to track down caches. Join the world-wide scavenger hunt! Call (352) 754-6722 to register, the Center will provide GPS units for the class, supplies are limited.

Join the Conservation Center staff for a short informative introduction to geocaching. This program includes all the basics you need to know to get started. Class will locate one of the Chinsegut caches to get demonstrate principles. There is no fee for this program, registration is required to borrow a GPS device from the center for the program.
